My dad's big day!

My dad's Big Day was on March 3rd. That was when he officially became ninety years old. We didn't have his birthday party until March 7th, however. So my dad (aka Roy) had to wait a few days after his Actual Big Day to enjoy food, family, and fun on his Officially Designated Big Day.
My sister, Vivian, decorated the dining room quite nicely and also placed a crown on our dad's head. After all, it's not every day that someone celebrates a 90th birthday. Even if the celebration isn't on the actual day, my dad still got to be the King of the Day.
